Underwriting association is exempt from license fees and taxes

January 5, 1988 House Bill 1 - 117th General Assembly The Ohio commercial insurance joint underwriting association is exempt from all license fees, and income, franchise, premium, and privilege taxes levied or assessed by this state or any political subdivision.
