Association not member insurer of insurance guaranty association

January 5, 1988 House Bill 1 - 117th General Assembly The Ohio commercial insurance joint underwriting association shall not be a member insurer of the Ohio insurance guaranty association under Chapter 3955. of the Revised Code.
