Annual examination of securities

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Every domestic mutual fire insurance company having securities deposited in the office of the superintendent of insurance, may, once during each calendar year, at such proper time as the company selects, cause its securities so deposited to be examined by its president, its secretary, or other agent whom it designates for that purpose.
