Continuation of oldest of constituent companies
November 21, 1969 Senate Bill 433 - 108th General Assembly For the purposes of any law the application of which depends upon the length of time the company has been licensed or doing business, the surviving or resulting company shall be regarded as a continuation of the oldest of the constituent companies.
