Administrative rules

September 30, 2025 House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly The director of job and family services or the director of children and youth may adopt rules in accordance with section 111.15 of the Revised Code to implement sections 5101.22 to 5101.222 of the Revised Code. If the director adopts the rules, the director shall adopt the rules as if they were internal management rules.
