Authority to contract with other entities to perform certain duties

March 20, 2019 Senate Bill 158 - 132nd General Assembly The county department of job and family services may enter into an agreement or contract with any private or government entity to perform the following duties: (A) In accordance with division (G) of section 5101.63 of the Revised Code, receive reports made under that section; (B) Perform the county department's duties under section 5101.65 of the Revised Code; (C) Petition the court pursuant to section 5101.68 or 5101.70 of the Revised Code for an order authorizing the provision of protective services.
