Residential facility 24-hour emergency on-call procedure

April 3, 2025 House Bill 315 - 135th General Assembly Each operator of a residential facility shall establish a twenty-four-hour emergency on-call procedure to respond to contact from hospitals, law enforcement officers, and first responders regarding emergencies involving a child under the care and supervision of the facility.
