Inspection
January 1, 2025 House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly (A) The director of children and youth may inspect a private, nonprofit therapeutic wilderness camp at any time. (B) The director may request access to the camp's records or to the written policies adopted by the camp pursuant to section 5103.50 of the Revised Code.
