Regulation of instruction in religious or moral doctrines, beliefs, or values prohibited

January 1, 2025 House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly Notwithstanding any provision of the Revised Code, the director of children and youth shall not regulate in any way under this chapter or rules adopted pursuant to this chapter, instruction in religious or moral doctrines, beliefs, or values.
