Analysis of child care price information

September 30, 2025 House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly In addition to establishing payment rates for publicly funded child care providers in each odd-numbered year, as required by section 5104.30 of the Revised Code, the director of children and youth may contract with a third-party entity to analyze information regarding the prices charged for child care for the subsequent even-numbered year.
