January 1, 2025 House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly In adopting rules under division (A) of section 5104.38 of the Revised Code establishing criteria for eligibility for publicly funded child care, the director of children and youth may prescribe the amount, duration, and scope of benefits available as publicly funded child care.
