Quarterly report on employment of former participants

March 22, 2001 Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly The director of job and family services, using information provided by employers under sections 3121.891 and 3121.892 of the Revised Code, shall determine quarterly whether individuals who have ceased to participate in Ohio works first have entered the workforce.
