Benefits and services inalienable
September 5, 2001 House Bill 94 - 124th General Assembly Benefits and services provided under the prevention, retention, and contingency program are inalienable whether by way of assignment, charge, or otherwise and exempt from execution, attachment, garnishment, and other like process.
