Prohibiting keeping or maintaining unlicensed hospital
September 30, 2025 House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly No person shall keep or maintain a hospital for the care or treatment of persons with mental illnesses unless it is licensed by the department of behavioral health, as provided by section 5119.33 of the Revised Code.
