Education services fund
October 3, 2023 House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the education services fund. The department of rehabilitation and correction shall deposit into the fund all state revenues it receives from the Ohio department of education and workforce. Any money in the fund shall solely be used to pay educational expenses incurred by the department.
