Acceptance of voluntary payments exceeding discount

January 1, 2006 House Bill 66 - 126th General Assembly The department shall accept voluntary payments from a patient, patient's estate, or liable relative in excess of a discounted amount charged in accordance with section 5121.35 of the Revised Code.
