Department guidelines for cost of client support
September 29, 2013 House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly The cost for support of a client of state-operated community mental health services is an amount determined using guidelines the department of mental health and addiction services shall issue. The guidelines shall be based on cost findings and rate-settings applicable to such services.
