Reduction in rate not permitted
September 29, 2013 House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly The department of developmental disabilities shall not reduce an ICF/IID's medicaid payment rate determined under this chapter on the basis that the provider charges a lower rate to any resident who is not eligible for medicaid.
