Reference to county board
October 6, 2009 Senate Bill 79 - 128th General Assembly Whenever a county board of mental retardation and developmental disabilities is referred to or designated in any statute, rule, contract, grant, or other document, the reference or designation shall be deemed to refer to a county board of developmental disabilities.
