Prohibited acts

November 24, 1981 House Bill 440 - 114th General Assembly No person shall influence or attempt to influence any child under supervision of the department of youth services, to leave the institution or home in which he was placed, his home, or place of employment or to violate any of the conditions upon which he was released under supervision.
