Arrest and return of escaped prisoner

October 6, 1994 House Bill 571 - 120th General Assembly The warden of a state correctional institution shall arrest and again commit to the institution a convict who escapes from the institution and is found at large, whether the term for which he was sentenced to imprisonment has expired.
