Screening for drugs of abuse

September 30, 2025 House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly Every officer or employee of a correctional institution under the control or supervision of the department of rehabilitation and correction, and every contractor, or employee of such contractor, upon entering the grounds of a state correctional institution, shall be subject to screening to prevent the conveyance of drugs of abuse into the institution.
