Accepting gifts and bequests

January 1, 2025 House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly The public children services agency may accept and receive bequests, donations, and gifts of funds or property, real or personal, for child care and services. The facilities or services to be established or maintained through any such gift shall be subject to the approval of the department of children and youth.
