March 20, 2014 Senate Bill 206 - 130th General Assembly The medicaid director shall implement within the medicaid program systems that do both of the following: (A) Improve the health of medicaid recipients through the use of population health measures; (B) Reduce health disparities, including, but not limited to, those within racial and ethnic populations.
