Payment rate increase report
September 30, 2025 House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly Before making any payment rate increases greater than ten per cent under the medicaid program, the medicaid director shall notify the standing committees with oversight of the medicaid program as provided in section 103.41 of the Revised Code of the increase.
