July 4, 2023 House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly The total per medicaid day payment rate determined under section 5165.15 of the Revised Code shall not be paid for nursing facility services provided to low case-mix residents. Instead, the total rate for such nursing facility services shall be one hundred fifteen dollars per medicaid day.
