Assessment for past due fee installment
September 29, 2013 House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly If a nursing home or hospital fails to pay the full amount of a franchise permit fee installment when due, the department of medicaid may assess a five per cent penalty on the amount due for each month or fraction thereof the installment is overdue.
