September 30, 2025 House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly Except as provided in section 5180.402 of the Revised Code, information contained in or obtained from the information system established and maintained under section 5180.40 of the Revised Code is confidential and is not subject to disclosure pursuant to section 149.43 or 1347.08 of the Revised Code.
