September 30, 2025 House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly Any document provided to the department of children and youth under division (C) of section 5180.453 of the Revised Code remains: (A) A public record under section 149.43 of the Revised Code if it was a public record under that section before being provided to the department; (B) Confidential if it was confidential under any state or federal law before being provided to the department.
