September 30, 2025 House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly Benefits and services provided under the kinship guardianship assistance program, extended kinship guardianship assistance program, kinship support program, and kinship permanency incentive program are inalienable whether by way of assignment, charge, or otherwise and exempt from execution, attachment, garnishment, and other like processes.
