September 30, 2025 House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly To increase participation in evidence-based parenting education programs, the department of children and youth shall ensure state departments, agencies, and boards have information to communicate with parents, caregivers, and child care providers about such programs to promote their benefits, including their parenting, caregiving, and educational resources.
