Placement of receptacles
October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Boxes or other permanent receptacles or containers for the storing, receiving, or handling of bakery products shall be placed and constructed beyond the reach of contamination from streets, alleys, sidewalks, and animals, and shall be kept sanitary by the dealer.
