June 20, 1994 Senate Bill 134 - 120th General Assembly Whoever violates sections 915.01 to 915.24 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree on the first offense; on each subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
