December 19, 2016 House Bill 471 - 131st General Assembly Any record submitted to the department of agriculture under this chapter that indicates how an individual has voted in a referendum to establish or amend a marketing program under section 924.07 of the Revised Code, or in an election of the members of an operating committee under section 924.03 or 924.22 of the Revised Code is not a public record under section 149.43 of the Revised Code.
