Restraining order against violation

October 6, 1992 House Bill 499 - 119th General Assembly In addition to the remedies available and irrespective of whether there exists an adequate remedy at law, the attorney general, upon the request of the director of agriculture, may bring an action for an order restraining a person from violating section 925.08 of the Revised Code.
