False or misleading statement of quality or quantity

January 14, 1972 House Bill 712 - 109th General Assembly No person shall make a false or misleading statement, written or oral, with reference to the quantity, grade, price, variety, minimum size, or state of origin of any fruit or vegetable held or offered for sale.
