June 29, 2012 House Bill 389 - 129th General Assembly The director of agriculture or the director's authorized representative may enter at reasonable times on the premises of a captive whitetail deer licensee to conduct investigations and inspections or to otherwise execute duties that are necessary for the administration and enforcement of sections 943.20 to 943.26 of the Revised Code and rules.
