June 20, 1994 Senate Bill 134 - 120th General Assembly Whoever violates sections 953.21 to 953.31 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree; on each subsequent violation, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
