Penalty

January 1, 1974 House Bill 511 - 109th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 981.11 or 981.13 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (B) Whoever violates section 981.12 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. (C) Whoever violates section 981.14 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
