Beverages governed. Text effective Oct. 1, 2018 All beverages that contain alcohol, unless otherwise defined by law, shall be considered alcoholic beverages by this state and therefore governed by this Article and all other applicable laws. Added by State Question No. 792, Legislative Referendum No. 370, adopted at election held on Nov. 8, 2016, eff. Oct. 1, 2018.
