PC 2013-01 TO: All Insurers that Write Insurance Coverage Subject to the Property and Casualty Competitive Loss Cost Rating Act RE: Property and Casualty Competitive Loss Cost Rating Act Required Rate Filing FROM: Denise Engle, Deputy Commissioner of Workers’ Compensation Rate and Form Compliance Division, Licensing and Continuing Education Division DATE: January 3, 2013 All insurers writing any insurance coverage that is subject to the Property and Casualty Competitive Loss Cost Rating Act must file all rates and supplementary rate information with the Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner as required by 36 O.S. § 987. Oklahoma does not permit workers’ compensation insurers to avoid filing for rate increases that are less than fifteen (15%) percent under 36 O.S. § 902.1 since that statute was repealed effective July 1, 2005.
