Bulletin to Insurers in the matter of: USA Patriot Act of 2001

Bulletin to Insurers Bulletin #1 states that insurance companies were required to be in compliance with the USA Patriot Act of 2001 by April 24,2002. This office has recently been informed that the federal government is currently studying how various financial institutions, including insurance companies, may comply with the Act.
