Projections

(a) The Commissioner may require a Plan to submit updates of
projections required by OAC 310:657-21-4(1)(K). Each update shall
explain any significant variance between operating results and
previously forecast amounts.
(b) The Commissioner may request a revision of a financial
projection
that
is
inconsistent
with
the
Plan's
historic
performance.
