Revoked certificate

(a) The Plan shall conduct no business except as may be essential to the orderly conclusion of its affairs when a Plan's certificate is revoked. The Commissioner may order such operations as needed to afford employees a practical opportunity for medical and health services. (b) The Plan shall not apply for certification for at least two (2) years after a certificate is revoked. The Plan shall follow the procedures for an initial application specified at OAC 310:657-21 and shall submit evidence that the conditions causing the revocation have been corrected.
