Documents as public record

All applications shall be available for public inspection in the Department offices during normal working hours. This applies to applications reviewed or under review by the Commissioner. All applications, filings and reports required under OAC 310:657 shall be public documents, except those containing trade secrets, privileged commercial or financial information, or confidential quality or utilization review materials. Financial information required under OAC 310:657-27 shall not be privileged information. SUBCHAPTER 29. RESTRICTED AND PROHIBITED ACTS
