Notice of exercise of powers

A Plan shall file notice and supporting information with the
Department before the exercise of any power under OAC 310:657-33.
The Commissioner shall disapprove an exercise of power if it will
affect the Plan's financial soundness and endanger its ability to
meet its obligations. The Commissioner shall have no more than
thirty (30) days to act on the notice.
