Provider review process

(a) A provider who is subject to credentialing shall have the
right to review all credentialing information obtained by the
Plan, and to review the credentialing procedures.
(b) The Plan shall advise the provider of any information that
does not meet the Plan's credentialing standards.
(c) Each Plan shall have an appeal process by which a provider
may submit additional information and request further review.
