Reporting and disclosure requirements

The Plan, either directly or through contract, shall document and communicate information about quality assurance. (1) In marketing materials the Plan shall include a summary of its quality assurance activities. (2) The Plan shall make available to the employee, a description of its quality assurance process and a statement of employee rights in the Plan. (3) The Plan shall share information with its regulatory agencies, providers and the public about its quality assurance activities and progress.
