Purpose and intent

(a) The Plan's utilization review program shall assist the
manager in providing services to an individual injured worker and
shall assist administrators in delivering services to all
employees.
(b) Nothing in OAC 310:657-7 restrains a Plan or provider from
supplying information to any person required by the Act.
