Eligibility

An individual shall be eligible to apply for a home care
administrator certificate by meeting one (1) of the following
criteria:
(1) Successfully completing a Department-approved preparedness
program and the OHCAPA; or
(2) Being
deemed
to
have
met
the
Department-approved
preparedness program standards and successful completion of the
OHCAPA.
